A professor of Human Resources Management since 2019 at the Faculty of Commerce, Kafr El-Sheikh University, he has provided consulting services to numerous private companies in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE in the areas of restructuring, developing administrative regulations and systems, and strategic planning.

He has designed and conducted numerous seminars and training programs for managers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE. He has taught at several universities, including King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Imam Muhammad ibn Saud University in Riyadh, the Islamic University of Madinah, Aden University in Yemen, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and postgraduate programs at the Faculties of Commerce in Shebin El-Kom and Sadat City Universities.

Dr. Abdel Aziz Ali Marzouk has authored ten practical books on management and published 50 research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals both locally and internationally. He has participated in scientific conferences in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, and serves as a scientific reviewer for numerous scientific journals both within Egypt and abroad. He is also a reviewer for the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Egypt and a certified trainer with the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training in Saudi Arabia and IBCT.
